Polsinelli Set To Acquire Novak Druce Attorneys

According to Law360, fast-growing Polsinelli PC is on the verge of acquiring a significant number of the remaining attorneys at struggling intellectual property boutique Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP, according to sources familiar with the deal.

Polsinelli shareholders will vote on the proposed acquisition of Novak Druce attorneys on Thursday, according to two sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the acquisition is not yet complete. The firms have been in talks for several weeks, the sources said.
