Marc Morgan > Biography

Marc Anthony Morgan is a lawyer at the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Jamaica. He also provides general legal consulting services in Jamaica and legal outsourcing services to law firms and companies within the United States. He attended Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he developed a passion for Intellectual Property Law. He represented Marquette in AIPLA's Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Moot Court Competition, was a member of the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review. His scholarly research on intellectual property issues have been published by multiple law journals and legal newsletters, and have been cited by various legal scholars and even in US court opinions. Marc is the recipient of a Legal Education Certificate from Norman Manley Law School. He is admitted to practice law before the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Jamaican Bar.
