Represented Coogan in Coogan v. Avnet, Inc., as counsel in the U.S. District Court of Arizona and successfully brought claims settling for a six-figure judgment of two photographs, almost successfully defended Wow Enterprises, Inc. in massive trademark/copyright defense seeking hundreds of millions of dollars for alleged infringement, but client and co-counsel secretly settled without my aid.
Patents used in Nissan and Honda automobiles for heating and cooling devices by sub-contractor; two patents issued to young daughter and myself. Member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association since 1984.
