I am Jatin Nagar. I have Master's degree in computer science from one of the leading colleges of India.
I have more than 8 years of experience in validity/invalidity/ litigation, patentability searches, offensive/defensive reviews in the domain of database, computer network, computer security, operating system, virtualization, software/programming (like java), latest technologies like touch, navigation, augmented reality, wireless technologies, software as a service, cloud computing etc.
Legal Knowledge:
I have attended US patent law training in which I studied, priority law 35USC 102 (a, b, e), 35USC 112 for specification support, 35USC 271 (a) for direct patent infringement, 35USC 271 (b,c) for indirect patent infringement and inducement, AIA version of 102 - 102(a)(1), 102(a)(2) and their exceptions 102(b)(1), 102(b)(2) etc.
