PhD in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and JD from University of Montana School of Law. I am a Professor of Computer Science, adjunct Professor of Law, and a practicing lawyer. My expertise in Software Engineering, Technology Law, Technology Assisted Review of Documents and Email, and Digital Evidence gives me a unique skillset across the fields of Computer Science and Law.
