Problem

Patexia is looking for method and device for imaging scenes having different brightness variations, the device exposure setting is adjusted based on the brightness of that object to be photographed.

Submitted documents describing this system must be:

●      filed or published before 03/27/2003

●      not on the known references list

The Patexia Case Research team has designed the following questions for a crowdsourced validity analysis ofUS 7,495,699 B2 with a focus on independent claims 1, 6.
