Is the list of known references comprehensive? Where does it come from?
Daniel PorterThanks for your question Ruth. The list of prior art is compiled from sources cited in the patent publication and prosecution history, as well as a list of other art previously known to our clients (from internal research, known sources from the defendant, etc.)
