Problem
Patexia seeks prior art for a system with a wireless transponder/ transceiver having an interface, the wireless transponder/ transceiver being connected to a local data collection device (such as a sensor or sensors), and wherein the wireless transponder/ transceiver authenticates incoming data messages (by password/PIN), and wherein the IP address or telephone number is stored as a number to which the wireless transponder/ transceiver is permitted to send outgoing wireless data messages if the password/PIN is authenticated.
