Could you clarify if this is an infringement search or validity search ? I know most likely its a validity search because you ask for any documents and not just unexpired patents in the relevant jurisdiction. But with my last search experience with patexia there was a heavy emphasis on the claims , and claims mapping , which is a nuanced emphasis of an infringement search. As you know , infringment searches focuses on claims more literally than any other searches, with full description contaiining many embodiments which . if not specifically claimed, are not relevant references for submission.
