I'm not sure if I understand the following questions right:

Is each system node configured to report to the master node, in substantially real-time, that system node’s utilization of system resources?

What does the apostrophe in "node's" stand for?

Is the master node configured to assign additional sub-jobs to a system node based on determining that (1) the utilization of at least one system resource of that system node is below a threshold level; AND (2) that the number of available slots or containers on that system node is zero?

Is it right, that the master node is configured to assign jobs to a system node based on determining that (2) the number of available slots or containers on that system node is zero?
