Dramatic Ending For Tesla's Trademark Dispute in China

Chinese business man Baosheng Zhan previously registered the Tesla trademark in China and sued Tesla for trademark infringement. Yesterday, a local court in Beijing announced that Mr. Zhan and Tesla had reached an agreement. According to this agreement,

1. Mr. Zhan will return the Tesla trademark to Tesla in Chinese market
2. Tesla will authorize monopoly dealership of Guangdong province to Mr. Zhan
