Dreamcloud Sleep Mask Inventor Sues Sleep Master for $1 Million Patent Infringement

Jim de Cordova, president of Dreamcloud Productions, of Santa Monica, California, has filed suit against Sleep Master and its owners, Las Vegas lawyer spouses Marc C. Gordon and Cynthia J. Callendar-Gordon. De Cordova says he hopes to recover losses and damages caused by the Gordons’ alleged false advertising and infringement of his US utility patent number 6,088,836 (for a combination sound-blocking sleep mask pillow).
