Epson Requests 337 Investigation Against 19 Companies based on Patent Infringement

According to United States International Trade Commission (USITC), Epson filed a complaint against 19 aftermarket companies to the commission on December 23, 2014, requesting it to conduct an investigation under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. Epson claimed that 5 of its patents were infringed, including Patent Number(s): 8,366,233, 8,454,116, 8,794,749, 8,801,163 and 8,882,513.
