Mission Pharmacal Resolves Patent Infringement Suit
Mission Pharmacal has settled a patent infringement lawsuit concerning its CitraNatal prenatal vitamins. The San Antonio company said the San Antonio federal court issued a consent judgment confirming the validity of its dual-iron patent, resolving the company's lawsuit against Virtus Pharmaceuticals LLC. Mission Pharmacal will retain exclusive use of its protected formula featured in CitraNatal and Ferralet 90 products until 2020, the company said.
