Samsung: no luck with UK infringement

As the dust begins to settle on their latest round of infringement suits, Samsung hasn't fared as well as it had hoped against Apple's legal teams. This week in the UK the Korean phone manufacturer failed in its 25th standards-essential patent assertion. Despite increasing success in sales of its smartphones and tablets, Samsung has generally been unsuccessful in its patent offensive against rival Apple. Florian Mueller of FOSS Patents reminds that Motorola has done no better.
