VIDEO - PoP Video projector with QuickLogic Visual Enhancement Engine

Micron Technologies venetured into the world of consumer electronics earlier this month when they released the PoP Video projector for Apple iPhone and iPod products. It's only natural that semiconductor manufacturing companies would produce the first "pico" projectors, given that the technology is currently based on LEDs build on silicon chips. Today, QuickLogic announced that its technology would be used to improve the projection capabilities and provide an "increase in perceived brightness without increasing light source power consumption"
