Defendants infringed the 834 Patent by making, using, selling and offering to sell the Quasar, Gas Giant and Payload/Nebula. Defendants infringed the 413 Patent by making, using, selling and offering to sell the Jetpack, Quasar, Gas Giant and Payload/Nebula. It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Court retains jurisdiction of this matter for purposes of construction, modification, and enforcement of this Order.
