Based on Plaintiffs representation that the specified portions contain highly sensitive, confidential, proprietary, and/or trade secret information and, because no other procedure will be sufficient to preserve the confidentiality of such information, the Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiffs Motion to Seal (ECF No. [3]) pursuant to Local Rule 5 and hereby ORDERS that the specified portions of the Complaint shall be filed under seal until further order of the Court. The redacted version of this document (ECF No. [1]) shall remain unsealed. Additionally, based on Plaintiff's Notice of Dismissal, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4l(a)(l)(A)(i), the Court hereby DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE all claims by Plaintiff against Defendants.
