The Clerk of Court is directed to return the surety bond previously deposited with the Clerk of the Court to Ann Marie Sullivan, AM Sullivan Law, LLC, 1440 W. Taylor St., #515 Chicago, IL 60607 via certified mail. In addition, the Court granted Plaintiff's Motion to temporarily proceed under the pseudonym, XYZ Corporation. (See R. 16). However, XYZ Corporation is not Plaintiff's true name (see R. 7).
