Zoe BollingerHello Ives. I took a look at the case you mentioned and it looks like the case was dismissed at the request of Eclipse IP. On March 3, 2014 Eclipse IP filed a Stipulation to Dismiss Case pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii)
