("Plaintiff") has filed four patent infringement actions against defendant Xerox Corporation ("Defendant"): Case Nos. 23-cv-6370, 23-cv-6371, 23-cv-6372, and 23-cv-6373. Two of these actions (Case No. 23-cv-6370 and Case No. 23-cv-6372) were assigned to the undersigned and two (Case No. 23-cv-6371 and 23-cv-6373) were assigned to the Hon. Frank P. Geraci, Jr. Defendant filed an unopposed motion seeking to have the four actions transferred to a single district judge and consolidated for pretrial purposes. (Dkt. 21 in Case No. 23-cv-6370; Dkt. 19 in Case No. 23-cv-6371; Dkt. 21 in Case No. 23-cv-6372; Dkt. 19 in Case No. 23-cv-6373). Defendant reserves the right to later seek consolidation for purposes of trial, and Plaintiff reserves the right to oppose any such request. Case Nos. 23-cv-6371 and 23-cv-6373 have been transferred to the undersigned for all further proceedings. Defendant's motions for consolidation are granted to the extent that Case Nos. 23-cv-6370, 23-cv-6371, 23-cv-6372, and 23-cv-6373 are consolidated for pretrial purposes.
