Any future discovery disputes will relate to specific information sought and the reason for refusing to provide such documents after the parties have consulted in good faith in an attempt to resolve such disputes. To the extent Facebook challenges Namecheap's invocation of the attorney-client privilege as to due diligence conducted with respect to Withheld, Facebook shall file a brief by December 1, not to exceed ten pages, challenging that invocation. The period by which Facebook must seek to amend the pleadings is extended 75 days. To the extent Namecheap wishes to assert that Facebook's request for customer information is not relevant and or not proportional, it too, shall file a brief by December 1, not to exceed ten pages in which it makes that argument.
