("Eidosmedia") filed its Answer and Counterclaim, denying the material allegations in the complaint, asserting various affirmative defenses, and counterclaiming to declare the patents-in-suit invalid. NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Plaintiff, Orbit Licensing LLC, and Defendant Eidosmedia, Inc., stipulate that Orbit hereby, voluntarily and without compensation, dismisses with prejudice all claims by Orbit against Defendant Eidosmedia and Eidosmedia dismisses all counterclaims by Defendant Eidosmedia against Orbit Licensing LLC without prejudice.
