Date Field Doc. No.Description (Pages)
Feb 10, 2020 48 ORDER (JORDAN, GREENAWAY, JR. and KRAUSE, Circuit Judges) It is hereby ordered that appeal No. 19-3403 is transferred to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as that Court has exclusive jurisdiction over cases arising under "any act of Congress relating to patents." 28 U.S.C. Section:1295(a)(1). The motion to consolidate the appeals No. 19-1635 and No. 19-3403 is denied, as this Court lacks jurisdiction over No. 19-3403. See Orr v. Plumb, 884 F.3d 923, 931 (9th Cir. 2018). Appellant's alternative request to stay appeal No. 19-1635 until the Federal Circuit decides the transferred appeal is denied. JORDAN, Authoring Judge.
