Each side shall be allocated 90 minutes for its presentation (i.e., the total allocation of time for the hearing will be 3 hours). No later than 48 hours prior to the hearing, the parties shall send a joint email to Cailah_Garfinkel@ded.uscourts.gov containing (1) a video conference link and/or instructions on how to join the conference; (2) a list of attendees for each side; and (3) a separate audio-only dial-in number. The video conference must be sufficient to accommodate Judge Hall, the courtroom deputy, a law clerk, and the court reporter.
