Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117, Plaintiff is awarded statutory damages from each of the Defaulting Defendants in the amount of one hundred and thirty thousand dollars ($130,000.00). Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961(a), Plaintiff is entitled to post-judgement interest from each of the Defaulting Defendants. Such interest shall be calculated from the date of the entry of judgment to the date of payment, at a rate equal to the weekly average 1-year constant maturity Treasury yield, as published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, for the calendar week preceding the date of the judgment. And as set forth herein. The five thousand-dollar ($5,000) bond posted by Plaintiff, including any interest minus the registry fee, will be released to Plaintiff or their counsel upon notice to the Court that all non-defaulting defendants have been dismissed from the case.
