Valderrama: On 12/27/2022, the Court granted Plaintiff's counsel's motion to withdraw as counsel, and advised Plaintiff that, as a corporation it is not permitted to represent itself 30 . The Court also notified Plaintiff that if it did not have new counsel file appearances on behalf of Plaintiff by 1/26/2023, this lawsuit would be dismissed for want of prosecution. To date, no attorney has filed an appearance on behalf of Plaintiff. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice for want of prosecution. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b); Lankowsky v. Wawrzyn's motion to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff Wepay Global Payments LLC (Wepay) 29 . Attorney Wawryzn states in his motion that Wepay informed Wawrzyn on 10/7/2022 that it would find substitute counsel for this matter, and that Wawrzyn has had no meaningful communications with Wepay since that date. Wawrzyn states that Wepay's principal informed Wawrzyn on 12/22/2022 that Wawrzyn's services are terminated. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the motion, the Court grants Wawrzyn's motion to withdraw 29 and Wawrzyn is withdrawn as counsel for Wepay. The Clerk of the Court is directed to update Wepay's contact information to 221 N. Broad St., Suite 3a, Middletown, DE 19709, as stated in docket [29-1].
