I completed my LLB (IP), with specialization in IPR, from IIT Kharagpur, Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law. It is with great enthusiasm that I am writing to apply for the post. My knowledge, skills, and experience are a perfect match for the role of Technical Consultant.

At present I am located at Rochester Hills in Detroit.

I was also working independently as an IP Professional and is associated with conducting Patentability Search, Trademark Search.

I was working as an IP (Intellectual Property) Analyst with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), whereby I was involved with IP Due Diligence, Compliance with respect to the various Intellectual Property Assets.

I bagged a certification in Google Tag Manager Fundamentals, from Analytics Academy of Google.

Apart from that I am also working pro bono as a Non-Profit Donor Research Development & Competitive Analysis for Revenue Opportunities with UMatter Organization Inc.

My final year Thesis Paper was on, Counterfeit and Trademark Infringement in Electronics & Allied Industries which was submitted to IIT Kharagpur and in association with Philips India Ltd.

Worked as IP & Legal facilitator for TTG (Technology Transfer Group) IIT Kharagpur, and was involved with filing inter departmental Patents.

I was working as the student coordinator, (Research & Calling Team) for TnP (Training & Placement Cell) for Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law (RGSOIPL), IIT Kharagpur (KGP), for the year 2013-2014.

I was also actively involved as a student coordinator with the Moot Court Society (MCS), Rajiv Gandhi School Of Intellectual Property Law (RGSOIPL), IIT Kharagpur (KGP), for the year 2011-2012.

I was also working as a student coordinator of Legal Aid & IP Facilitation Clinic, RGSOIPL (IIT-KGP), 2011-2012.

Regarding my academic qualification, I completed my B.Tech in Bio-Medical Engg, in the year 2009 with an average of 85%.
After which I had 1yr 4 months of professional working experience in Dolcera in Hyderabad, under the designation of Patent Analyst, where I was involved with Patent & Market Research based on the field of Bio-Medical & Healthcare, Electronics and Electrical technologies.

Apart from this I also worked as an Intern during my graduation time in BPL Healthcare India & AMRI Hospital as Bio-Medical Service Engineer & Bio-Medical Field Engineer respectively.

I have also interned with Philips India, Bangalore, where I was involved with Green Technology Patenting and their relevant Statistical Analysis. Apart from that I also did Technology Scouting on Indian Healthcare Industry.

I interned with the IPR team of Fox Mandal & Associates, Hyderabad and was associated with Secondary Research on Patent Searching & also drafted two Patents on Electrical & Bio-Tech related invention.

I was also a part of the Legal Team for IJM (International Justice Mission), Kolkata, which is an International Human Rights Organization where I worked as an Intern & was involved in carrying out the Legal Research for a month.

I also interned with the R&D team of L&T, Mumbai, where I was involved with Prior Art Patent Search & Patent Analysis for the Switchgear Design for both Air Circuit Breakers & MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breaker) among the major Market Players in the same domain.

I was also awarded with Scholarship covering my tuition fees for the year 2011-2012 from Sir Ratan Tata Trust Scholarship in India Program.
