Biography Information
Peter has worked in the medical device industry for over 45 years. He has served as the CEO of six medical device companies, in four countries (public and private). He has served on 13 Boards, including Chairman of the Board, and continues as an active board member and advisor.
Mr. Crosby has run research and development, and is an inventor on over 50 US patents and applications, and multiple peer-reviewed journal articles.
He has served as an expert witness in dozens of cases including patents (infringement, ownership, IPR, ITC), alleged misappropriation of trade secrets, commercial disputes (particularly involving "commercially reasonable efforts"), product liability, among others.
