Abhilasha BoraThere could be many more parties impleaded in the suit who could be involved in import/ sale of the products, which could make the suit go on for a long time. We could be another set of parallel license agreements coming from Samsung.

Abhilasha BoraOne of the most important feature of the dispute is the technology which enables a phone number to be dialled from an e-mail message. Since HTC still hinges hopes in the appeals process, it will be interesting to see who keeps the technology.
