House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte Takes Aim at Patent Trolls

Pushing for further reform, congressman Bob Goodlatte released a second discussion draft proposing changes to the US patent system. Goodlatte has suggested he is ready to move quickly on the matter which includes a shift to require losers in patent litigation to pay attorneys fees and a discovery reform.
