Micrsoft Purchases Osterhout Patents for $200 Million

In an effort to ensure they become a force in the wearable tech field, Microsoft is reportedly purchasing $200 million worth of patents from Osterhout Design Group. Reports suggests the two parties are still negotiating exactly what patents will be involved and the precise figure but the transaction is likely a response to Google Glass and other wearable tech solutions rising in popularity.
