The focus appears to be that the method include a way to communicate that information through the added variable that describes the HARQ information. So long as the number of HARQ processes is restricted for the correct mode.<br /> <br /> Re: 3, you're absolutely correct. We could probably do without the extra clause in question 4. It could be rewritten as: "Does the method add a variable describing HARQ information into a radio resource control message, and send this to the mobile device?"
