"Rule 15(a) allows a plaintiff to amend his complaintincluding by adding or dropping parties and claimsas a matter of right in some situations and by court order in others, and '[t]he court should freely give leave when justice so requires.'" Taylor v. Brown, 787 F.3d 851, 858 (7th Cir. 2015) (quoting FED. R. CIV. P. 15(a)(2)). This is Plaintiff's first amendment and none of the Defendants have been served or have appeared, so no parties will be prejudiced by the filing of Plaintiff's Amended Complaint. Plaintiff is directed to file, as a separate docket entry, her Amended Complaint attaching Amended Schedule A by 3/18/2021. Third, the Clerk is directed to unseal Document Nos. [4], [6], [7], [8], and [9]. Ford Banister IP is ordered to add ALL Defendant names listed in the Amended Schedule A to the docket within three business days, instructions can be found in the attachment to this entry.
