Patexia Marketing Assistant



We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Marketing Assistant with a focus on social media, content, and SEO to drive our early marketing activities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our online presence and engaging our target audience through various digital channels. You will manage a range of projects, including creating compelling website content, implementing an effective SEO strategy (in collaboration with an external agency), writing press releases, developing and distributing monthly newsletters, and overseeing our social media platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.


Key Responsibilities: 

SEO Project Management:

  • Work alongside an external agency to oversee the execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
  • Create compelling email content, design visually appealing templates, and segment email lists for targeted communication.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media channels (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster engagement.
  • Monitor social media metrics and track campaign performance.


  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals, product/feature launches, and seasonal trends.
  • Create content and coordinate content creation efforts across teams, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and sales enablement materials.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO, reflects brand voice and messaging, and resonates with target audiences.


  • Minimum of two years of start-up experience.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and a curiosity to learn about new markets and specialties.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
