Sales Representative
Patexia is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on engaging clients in the legal (IP) sector. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and associates at law firms, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage Patexia's big data and AI tools to identify and pursue business opportunities within the legal sector, particularly in intellectual property (IP) law.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at law firms, effectively communicating our value proposition and converting prospects into loyal clients.
- Collaborate closely with our internal team to develop and tailor innovative solutions that align with the specific needs of clients in the IP industry.
- Execute a selling strategy, focusing on client acquisition and long-term relationship building.
- Efficiently use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and analyze performance metrics.
- Work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the company’s growth and adapting to the fast-paced nature of the business.
Qualifications:
- Sales and Business Development: Proven success in cold calling, relationship building, and consultative selling, particularly within the U.S. market.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to utilize data and analytics for informed decision-making.
- Experience in Start-Ups: Demonstrated experience working in start-up environments, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, persistence, and resilience.
- English Proficiency: An advanced level of English is required to ensure clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Good to have:
- Experience in the Legal Field: Familiarity with intellectual property law and the legal industry's dynamics is beneficial.
