Role Overview:
The HR Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing our HR operations and providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new employees.
  • Maintain and manage the HR Management Software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist with resolving HR-related queries and issues, providing support across the organization.
  • Develop and refine job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates, coordinating the interview process from start to finish.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and ensure the career page is regularly updated.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Admin, or Recruiter within a start-up environment.
  • Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work within Pacific Time Zone hours.
  • Experience with HR systems and office software, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
